Based on the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula, Myalie has been creating jewellery for over 15 years. Her silversmithing journey began at The Gordon TAFE in Geelong, where she completed introduction through advanced jewellery-making courses in 2011. Instantly hooked, she discovered the spark she had been searching for and has since continued to refine her craft, teaching herself new techniques and skills along the way. For Myalie, silversmithing is a never-ending journey of learning, creativity, and passion.
In this 3-hour class, Myalie will introduce you to the basics of silversmithing and techniques to design and create your own wearable art. You’ll learn how to use hand tools and cold connections to bring your ideas to life and leave with your own handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces.
